Cactus Ranch Elementary School 
Since fourth grade is the first year students take the Writing STAAR test, fourth grade holds its annual “STAAR Wars Writing Camp” in March. This provides an opportunity for students to review skills and concepts that will help them be successful on the test. The Opening Ceremony was held on Monday, March 26, and students were in for a surprise: their teachers were dressed the part and had a special video and skit prepared for them! The Closing Ceremony is next Monday!
