Cactus Ranch Elementary Principal Selection: Community Survey and Principal Selection Committee Applications for Campus Staff and Families
As you may know, Ms. Crain has recently announced her plans for retirement and the District is in the process of selecting a new principal for Cactus Ranch Elementary. An important part of the selection process is gathering input from staff, families and community members. We plan to use this valuable information throughout the hiring process to select the next leader for Cactus Ranch Elementary. Our goal is to have a finalist by the end of April.
Principal Selection Community Input Survey
There is also an opportunity to participate in the online community survey. Your responses are anonymous, however, they will be shared with the Principal Selection Committee. Therefore, do not refer to anyone by name on the survey. Please complete the survey by 5 p.m. March 30, 2026.

If you are interested in serving on the Learning Community Interview panel for the principal selection, please complete the appropriate application below by 5 p.m. on March 30, 2026. Those who apply will need to be available on the following dates:
Interview Committee Calibration - April 14, 2026 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Community Interviews - April 24, 2026 9:00 am - 5:00pm.
