As a part of Read Across America week, students wore green today to represent one of Dr. Seuss’s most famous books: Green Eggs and Ham! Students also had a yummy treat awaiting them… ‘Green Eggs’ (vanilla pudding with green food color and a cookie on top)! Read Across America is an annual reading motivation and awareness program that calls for every child in every community to celebrate reading on March 2, the birthday of beloved children’s author Dr. Seuss.
