At CRE we use numbers to make our car rider lines run more efficiently. Numbers roll over from year to year, so once you have been assigned a number, it will continue with you during your duration at CRE. If you are new to our campus or new to being a car rider, and your child will regularly be a car rider, please use this form to request a number. If you already have a number but need a new placard for your car, you may also request that here. Numbers are assigned by family, so you only need to complete the form once, but please add additional students’ names if applicable:
